On December 10th, the Jake’s House family gathered at the Infinity Convention Centre to celebrate a day full of holiday warmth! It was a day we forged connections with new families and individuals, as well as reunite with those already part of our diverse community, including members from our programs such as Legends Mentoring, Employment Training, and Inclusive Housing.
